Oatski is a collaboration with Emerson's friends at Otis Oat M!lk. 200 litres of Southland-grown oat milk went into the tank with Motueka, Rakau, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops. The result is a rich, fruity, hazy IPA, with a luxuriously creamy mouthfeel. They haven't tried it on cereal yet, but it's great in a glass.
