Fords Gin is a collaboration between 8th generation Master Distiller Charles Maxwell of Thames Distillers and Simon Ford of The 86 Company. In 2015 Four Pillars combined their Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia to create the Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. And now each year they steep Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in gin, and after eight weeks they press the fruit before blending with more Rare Dry Gin.
